We are looking for an HR administrator who will be responsible for providing general HR services to a fast growing collaborative network of companies, including Observational and Pragmatic Research Institute, Optimum Patient Care, OPC Global and Cambridge Research Support.

With 60+ employees over 4 companies you must be highly organised, manage several responsibilities at a time and able to plan your work with competing priorities.

Responsibilities & duties:

  • Staff Recruitment
  • Company Policies and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Training and Staff Development
  • Performance Management
  • Coordinating and Consultation with Optimum Patient Care, OPC Global, OPRI and CRS managers

Academic & trades qualifications:

  • Minimum of CIPD Level 3 working towards higher level
  • 3 or more A Levels or equivalent

Work experience & skills

  • Experience of working in a busy HR department.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
  • Knowledge of HR systems

Job Type:

Part-time or short-term working arrangements will be considered. Immediate start possible.

Salary:

£18-20K/year FTE, salary is depending prior experience
